It's been just over a year since we started our customer loyalty program.  Since that time, we've sent thousands of dollars of reward checks back to you, our customers.  (Technically, the checks come from Royalty Rewards, our processor).  The program is free and it's easy to accumulate points.  When you spend at least $500, a $25 gift certificate to our store is sent to you.  It really doesn't take long to get to that level if you've had a vacuum overhauled or bought a new vacuum from us.

'HEPA Filters.......All HEPA filter vacuums do not work the same.  First, what does HEPA stand for? Years ago I learned it as "High Efficiency Particulate Arresting", which I think is more accurate than what it's evolved into - 'Arresting' has become 'Air'. The HEPA USA Government is defined as "99.97% efficient at .03 microns and above" (One micron is a millionth of a meter). Particulates are anything; pollen, dust, smoke, etc.in the air. Here's the interesting part, you can't see over 95% of what's floating around in the air. That's why you need to take a hard look at the vacuum cleaner you're using and even the air 'purifier' you own and ask yourself, "is this product really the best choice in my home?"
